Install Guide

Mantis.jl is, at this time, not a registered julia package. However, Julia's package manager (Pkg) still makes it easy to install packages like this. Simply use

   Pkg> add https://github.com/MantisFEM/Mantis.jl

For full developer use, clone the repository instead.
